- Quarterly sponsor-supplied program — $5,000/yr ($1,250/quarter): Four (4) articles, twelve (12) pins and four (4) Facebook posts annually.
- Monthly BBQHost-written program — $18,000/yr ($4,500/quarterly): twelve (12) articles, thirty-six (36) pins and twelve (12) Facebook posts annually.
- Both: no newsletter blocks, no dedicated emails and no automatic renewal.
Three-month Integrated Brand Campaign — $6,000
Three (3) BBQHost.com-written articles, nine (9) Pinterest pins, three (3) Facebook posts and one (1) newsletter sponsor block — one (1) article, three (3) pins and one (1) Facebook post per month, with the newsletter block in month two. Requires BBQHost.com team prior approval review before it’s offered.

How results are reported
Independent reviews and hands-on testing are scoped and quoted separately — sponsorship never buys a favorable verdict or guaranteed placement. Pinterest and Facebook placements are organic, with no guaranteed impressions, clicks or conversions. Every paid package includes a delivery report within 15 business days of the final placement.
Booking & terms
- Lead time: fifteen (15) business days (BBQHost.com-written) or ten (10) business days (sponsor-supplied) after an accepted brief/draft
- Payment: 50% on signing, 50% before the first scheduled publication
- BBQHost.com retains copyright on commissioned copy; republishing or ad use requires written permission
- Year-round purchases carry no Grill Master contest or other BBQHost.com special event rights, branding or prize recognition — special event participation requires a separate agreement
