In reply to <a href="https://bbqhost.com/traeger-bbq075/#comment-1002219">Nv</a>.

I had the same problem with my Texas 75; I used a dead blow mallet, a piece of 2x4 and patience. One hinge came off, replaced fasteners with stainless machine screws and nuts.
I’ve owned this grill for going on 10 years, easy to find replacement parts at reasonable prices.
My favorite is 18 hour brisket smoke, friends and neighbors always want in!

I have a BBQ075 manufacturer date of April 4 2010. Have used it often, even in 30 below weather. The only problem I've had is the shear pin cuts off about every 3 years, no big deal. It sits in an unheated garage and in the winter I roll it close to the overhead and open windows to vent the smoke.
This is not a beginners smoker grill, when I first got it, I hated it, I thought I was doing things wrong. Then about year two, I made a mistake and turned it down, had a phone call, forgot about the thing running and did a few errands. I came back expecting a lump of charcoal, but..... was the best meat I'd ever had. Since then its low and slow. This isn't a charcoal or lp gas grill. Take your time and experiment. My favorite is beer can chicken, with practice you can have a nice smoke ring and the bird looks like you lacquered it.

I need a new door for my traeger BBQ075. I believe the door some how went to far back and sprung the hinges. Now the door will not complete close. Looking on line for a parts manual to see if doo is available. This grill is a 2011 model.
