@Dave, Pro Series 850 and 1150 have a PID controller so there is no P setting on them. Pro Series 800 and 1100 do not have PID controllers so there is a P setting button on them.

I don’t believe the pro series have the P setting. If it did it would be next to the power button.

However, I have the Pit Boss Pro Series 850 with the PID controller. I don’t see any recessed button for the the P-setting. Do you know if there is a way to adjust the P-setting on the PID controller?
