My son gave me the LG700 for fathers day and after assembling it we plugged it in and it blew the breakers in the house. We called customer support and they told me I could exchange it at Costco which happens to be 80 miles from home which we did. We assembled it and cooked on it the day after Father’s Day. The third time I used it the fuse in the grill blew which I replaced and the auger would not function so again I called customer support and told them of the problem and they told me that they would send me a replacement control panel. I had purchased some ribs for the Forth of July and had hoped to smoke them but I was out of luck. Again we called customer support and an were told that the part would arrive the next day, that was 4 days ago. I would like to return it to Costco but my son purchased it and he lives 4 hours away from me and I’m not sure when he can come and help me out so I will not exchange it for another product that’s quality is questionable.

Costco had my LG 700 on sale for 399. So far it’s awesome. And the LG pellets cost 1/2 the price of Traeger at Costco.
I know the same sized Traeger is 699 so I go with LG.
