Hi,
I’m hoping you will answer a question for me. I ordered some heritage pork ribs online. I thought I ordered spare ribs. But apparently I ordered country style. The label says it’s a 5 rib rack. Each package weighs between 4.5 - 5 lbs. Should I cook the rack as a whole or should cut them into individual pieces? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Thank your for this most informative site on ribs. This was extremely helpful to me as I was going to cook a half rack of baby back ribs. The only thing I would add to it that would complete the information I am seeking is cooking times and temperatures when only cooking a half rack as there is no information for that anywhere,
