					<description><![CDATA[First time cooking a smoked pork shoulder.
Started at 4:30pm on a Smoky Joe combination grill. Finished cooking at 4:30am (12) hours at 225 degrees.
Wrapped it in foil for 30 minutes to rest. Used oak wood and charcoal to maintain desired temperature. Can’t wait for the rest period to pull the pork for barbecued pork sandwiches.
So hears hoping for a favorable result.]]></description>
