Have you vacuumed out the ash lately, needs to be done after 2 to 3 bags of pellets.

Between the temp up and down temp buttons.

The new grills won’t smoke at 150 degrees after 15 minutes it will shut off if you don’t raise the temp to maybe 165 or 185, try this and see if it takes care of the problem, my DB Prime is 5 years old and it will smoke at 150, but not the new ones, not sure of why they programed it that way, maybe because people were forgetting they turned on the grill, so it’s a safety feature.

I would guess it’s a bad control board.

For some reason the new grills won’t smoke at 150, if you don’t change the temp within 15 minutes after it reaches 150 it will shut off.

@Jodi, I’m having the same issue, have replaced my igniter and my sensor and now receiving all 000 on the display. Would like to know how to fix this issue.
