I just froze beef (not pork) with no bones after a 4-year hiatus, and they seemed okay with no apparent smell. Baked ribs at 425 for about 45 minutes, then covered with heavy BBQ sauce and baked at 325 for about 40 minutes. I finally covered them to cool down and sliced a thin piece to taste; it was perfect inside. Please put them in 35-degree refrigerator for 2 days, microwave them for another 4 minutes, and eat one! It's been 2 hours and I'm still alive, OMG.
