While the range of medium is 135-145, medium rare 130-135, rare 120-130, and bleu at 110. Pork cuts like chops usda done is 145 like the article states while medium starts at 137 and done is 150+. The whole reason usda used to say 160 for pork in the past was because of parasites and we’ve managed to clean up the hog farms to the point that’s no longer an issue. Wild boar cook to 160 because wild hogs are omnivores and do eat anything.]]></description>

Went to get meat to cook and it was funky.
All family size chicken and a few stake’s had to be thrown away. The one’s at the bottom put it refrigerator freezer and washing meat cooking well well done eating.]]></description>
