Then I learned about paper wraps, so I wanted to try it. I didn&#039;t have peach paper, but I did have parchment, so I tried that as an experiment. Absolutely loved it! The bark, smoke, and texture were all superior to the foil wrap in my opinion. 

Then sometime later I bought some peach paper, expecting it to be even better than the parchment. But not really. While still very good, it seemed to not quite match the &quot;edge&quot; of the parchment wrap.

So in recap, my own experiences confirm that parchment is the best wrap for pork ribs amongst the three choices.]]></description>
